What am I responsible for when approving proof?
Clients should verify wording, spelling, artwork, sizes, colors, and specifications. Production begins after approval, so accuracy checks at proof stage are important.
Do you keep installation details on file?
We use installation planning details like surface type, obstacles, permit status, access conditions, install method, and completion photos/sign-off to ensure smooth execution.

Do you require a deposit?
Many projects collect a deposit prior to production, especially once the proof is approved and materials/fabrication are scheduled.
What payment methods do you accept?
Payment options can include check, card, PayPal, or bank transfer depending on invoicing—note that transaction fees may apply.
Are there credit card or payment processing fees?
Some invoices have a 2.99% transaction fee for Credit Card/PayPal and 1% for bank transfer, with check listed as a preferred method.
